About
Finance professional, hypnotherapist and student of the human heart - opening this space as an act of love: for life, for others, and for the possibility that honest reflection can change us.
Where I come from
My professional path has been great. I built a successful career shaped by meaningful achievements and relationships. I worked more than 30 years in Finance. I did several M&A deals. I managed teams with several sizes and capabilities. I hold an MBA in Finance and have completed postgraduate studies in top management, artificial intelligence, and corporate governance. My studies have included programmes at Católica University and AESE in Portugal, as well as MIT and Harvard Business School in the United States. Above all, I have had the privilege of working with remarkable people, building relationships I deeply value, and contributing to work of which I am genuinely proud.
Alongside my professional path, I pursued a more personal course of study. Today, I am a hypnotherapist, I am specialising in family constellations, and I recently completed Harvard Medical School Executive Education’s Lifestyle and Wellness Coaching programme. These paths matter to me not only for what they have taught me, but also for what they represent: a sincere commitment to understanding people more deeply and contributing in a more human way.

Purpose
I say that wholeheartedly, because reaching this moment - and opening this space - means more to me than I can easily express. This is an act of love: for life, for others, and for the possibility that honest reflection can change us.
I have reached a point in my life where achievement alone is no longer enough. I feel called to give back - to share what I have lived and learned, what has hurt and healed me, and what becomes possible when we choose to live with greater honesty. I have a long professional experience and reshaped myself personally during the last years. And I believe I have the required tools to help you reforge yourself.
This site is my way of beginning that conversation with you - and of expressing my gratitude. Life has given me far more than I understood for many years, even through difficult moments. I now want to turn those experiences into something useful by sharing my mistakes, my growth, and the inner work that transformed how I see myself and the world around me.
This is an act of love: for life, for others, and for the possibility that honest reflection can change us.

The inner work
I feel softer now, clearer, more awake, and more humbled by how much we can carry for years without ever truly seeing it.
Over the past several years, I have undergone a profound personal transformation. When I look back, I sometimes barely recognise the person I was five years ago - or even two.
I have faced painful memories, revisited old traumas, and tried to make peace - with myself, with my past, and with the people who have mattered in my life, whether they are still here or not. The process has been neither perfect nor easy, but step by step it has helped me feel more peaceful, connected, and whole.
That transformation did not happen by accident. Someone very close to me challenged me in ways that became an important catalyst. Change also came through reflection, difficult questions, healing, and the courage to face wounds I had carried quietly for years. It emerged through discomfort, honesty, and surrender - through moments when I stopped running from myself and began to listen more deeply.
From experience to purpose
This evolution - and, at times, revolution - led me to develop Inner Architecture Lab™ and establish the foundation for Reforge Yourself. I am here to share what I have learned, continue asking meaningful questions, and create space for honest conversations about life, change, healing, work, relationships, and growth. I invite you to stay, reflect with me, and - if something resonates - bring your own thoughts and experiences into the conversation.
