This website, pedrospera.com, is operated by Pedro Spera ([full legal name / business name, registered address and tax ID to be completed]) (“we”, “us”). We act as the data controller for the personal data processed through this website. You can contact us at any time at info@pedrospera.com.

2. What data we collect and why

  • Contact form – your name, email address, phone number (optional) and message, used to answer your enquiry (legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into an agreement, or our legitimate interest in responding to correspondence).
  • Newsletter – your email address, used to send you the newsletter you subscribed to (legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
  • Orders in the shop – billing details and order history, used to deliver digital products, issue invoices and meet our accounting obligations (legal basis: performance of a contract and legal obligations).
  • Cookies – small files necessary for the website and the shop to work (for example the cart and session). See section 6.

3. How long we keep your data

We keep enquiry data for as long as necessary to handle your message, newsletter data until you unsubscribe, and order data for the period required by tax and accounting law.

4. Who we share data with

We only share data with service providers who help us run this website – hosting, email delivery and payment providers – and only to the extent necessary. We do not sell personal data.
